The stated mission of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is to be a “resource for its members, government officials, business executives, journalists, educators and students, civic and religious leaders and other interested citizens in order to help them better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other countries."
However, many people and organisations such as the John Birch Society believe the real aim of the CFR is to bring the United States into a new world order of world government, along with the Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission.
In his film The Obama Deception , Alex Jones states that it is the Bilderberg Group which sets the international policy agenda at its secret meetings, the Trilateral Commission works to implement its policies through roundtable groups in Europe, Asia and the Americas, and it’s the CFR that is the main roundtable group for the United States.
